Thank you so very much for being willing and interested in vending at the Wild Zen Yoga Fest 2025!
As a vendor, you will pay a $275 vending fee.* Fee includes a weekend pass for you plus 1, $320 value. I suggest having your plus 1 as an extra hand for your booth so you can step away and partake in some events :).
As a vendor you will be expected to provide your own booth/tent/tables/displays etc. as well as set up and tear down of said booth. Electricity and internet connection (wifi password) can be provided.
You will be able to start set up starting early am Friday July 18, the first day of the event. I would love for you to be there early so that booths and camp are set up completely at the time the gates open at 4 pm. Camping is included with your event passes and can be tent or rv/camper. You do not have to camp, but it is an option.
