Autumn Vendor WZYF 2025
Thank you so very much for being willing and interested in vending at the Autumn Wild Zen Fest 2025!
As a vendor, you will pay a $100 vending fee.* All goods, crafts, services you sell you will keep 100% of the profit. You will also be gifted 2 event tickets (1 for yourself and 1 for whomever will help with the booth so you both can step away and partake in the offerings that you want to join) ($190 value).
Once approved, you will be sent a link to pay your vending fee online via this website.
As a vendor you will be expected to provide your own booth/tent/tables/displays etc. as well as set up and tear down of said booth. Electricity and internet connection (wifi password) can be provided.
You will be able to start set up starting evening of Friday September 26, the day prior to the event, or early am Saturday September 27. I would love for you to be there early so that booths and camp are set up completely at the time the gates open at 9 am.
